Thanks to Absolute Radio and The Christian O’ Connell Breakfast Show, David has been invited to open the Isle of Wight Festival on 10th of June. The invite came after David appeared as a phone in guest on the popular radio show. Since then David has been a regular guest whistling pieces by some of the artists who will be appearing at the festival, Kings of Leon, Foo Fighters, Kasabian, Pulp and Tom Jones.
“It’s great fun having a go at whistling some of these rock classics” said David, “we have a good laugh but I’ve been putting in some serious practice and always give it my best shot to hopefully impress Christian and his listeners!”
The Christian O’ Connell Breakfast Show is on air weekdays from 6am to 10am
