- Anyone in the UK, please use the “UK orders” option priced at £11.85.
- For Europe, use the “Europe” option priced at £14.25.
- For USA & Canada, use the “USA/Canada” option priced at £15.85.
- For Australia & New Zealand, use the “Australia/NZ” option priced at £16.80.
