David appeared as guest soloist accompanied by the Slaithwaite Band and was warmly received by the good crowd there.

Pam James, on behalf of organisers the Inner wheel of Rotary thanked David for his “Brilliant, world class performance!”

Absolute Radio Show Team at IoW Festival 2011 with David in Mobile Studio

It was a bit chilly and very early on the morning after the opening performance but the crew made me welcome and the tea helped too. We heard a fabulous local school Ukelele Band (Medina) which was terrific and met John Giddings, the promoter, too. Then the link to Christian in the London studio and time for lots of thank yous and farewells….. it’s been brillliant Absolute – thoroughly enjoyed it all and hope we’ll talk again …. keep whistling!
